Our Policy

How your order is delivered, what happens if something isn't right, and how we keep your checkout and payment safe.

Delivery

    Delivery area
    We currently deliver within Yangon. Contact us for special arrangements elsewhere in Myanmar.

    In-stock items
    Arrive within 5–6 days after your payment is confirmed.
  3. 3
    Pre-orders
    Ship within 1–3 weeks depending on the supplier. We update you on Telegram if there is any delay.
  4. 4
    Delivery fee
    Shipping cost is added to your total and confirmed with you before payment. Your final total (item + shipping) is always confirmed before you pay.
  5. 5
    Tracking
    We message you a tracking update on Telegram as soon as your parcel ships, and you can check live on the Track Your Order page.

    Receiving your parcel
    Have your order number and phone number ready when the parcel arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

    Damaged or wrong item
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send your order number plus clear photos or a short video.

    How to start a return
    Message us on Telegram @Asher2k09 with your order number and the photos. We reply within 24 hours with the next steps.

    Condition
    The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags. Items that have been used or washed cannot be returned.

    Resolution — you get your money back
    Approved returns are refunded in money — we cannot replace items. The refund is sent back to you via KBZ Pay or UAB PAY (or as store credit if you prefer) within a few days of approval.

    Change of mind
    Because every order is a personal import that is purchased on request, we generally cannot cancel or return items bought on a change of mind. Please double-check sizes and details before ordering.
What we cover

Damaged, defective, or wrong items are always handled — we refund your money. Never hesitate to contact us.

Change of mind on pre-ordered items is not covered, because your item is ordered specifically for you.

Your data is protected
This site is served over HTTPS, so everything you type — your name, phone, address, and order details — is encrypted between your device and our servers. Nobody in between can read it.
NO CARD STORED
We never store card details
Checkout is prepaid via KBZ Pay or UAB PAY. We never ask for your bank card number, CVV, or PIN, and we never store payment credentials on this site.
VERIFIED PAYMENTS
Payments are verified manually
Every payment is confirmed by us on Telegram against your order number before your order is prepared. You always receive a written confirmation.
STAY SAFE
Only pay the official account
We only ever receive payment at Zin Win Aung — 09963888983. If anyone asks you to pay a different account, do not send money and report it to us immediately.
Please note: We do not accept COD. The exact total is shown at checkout — pay only the amount for your order number. If you receive a payment request from anyone other than Zin Win Aung (09963888983), stop and report it to us right away.
